1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

DilPie maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, and any content that endangers, harms, or sexualises minors. We are committed to creating a safe environment for all users, with special safeguards for children and young people under the age of 18.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination, removal of all content, blocking of the IP address, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement authorities including the CBI Cyber Crime Unit, NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children), and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.

DilPie's AutoGuard AI system monitors the platform 24/7 for child safety violations and escalates all flagged content for human review within 1 hour.

2. Prohibited Content & Behaviour

The following are strictly banned and will result in immediate account removal and law enforcement reporting:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any image, video, text, or other content that sexually exploits or abuses a minor. All CSAM is reported to NCMEC CyberTipline and Indian CBI Cyber Crime immediately upon detection β€” no exceptions.

Grooming & Solicitation

Attempting to build a relationship with a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation, gaining their trust, or requesting private contact outside the platform.

Sexual Content Involving Minors

Sharing, describing, or creating content that sexualises children in any form, including fictional, animated, or AI-generated depictions.

Child Trafficking or Exploitation

Any content that facilitates, promotes, or glorifies the trafficking, exploitation, forced labour, or commercial sexual exploitation of children.

Sharing Personal Details of Minors

Posting a child's name, school, address, phone number, daily schedule, or any information that could be used to locate or target them.

Cyberbullying & Harassment of Minors

Targeted bullying, threats, humiliation, or persistent harassment of users who are under 18 years of age.

3. Safety Rules for Users

Every DilPie user has a responsibility to help keep children safe. Here's what you should and should not do:

  • Report suspicious accounts targeting children
  • Block and report users who make inappropriate contact with minors
  • Protect your child's identity β€” don't share their location, school, or routine publicly
  • Talk to children in your care about online safety
  • Use DilPie's parental awareness features and privacy settings
  • Report any content that makes you uncomfortable about a child's safety

🚫 DON'T

  • Share a child's photo, location, or school without parental consent
  • Engage with strangers who claim to be minors and seek private contact
  • Ignore unusual or suspicious messages directed at children
  • Allow children to interact with unknown adults on the platform unsupervised
  • Dismiss reports of child safety concerns as minor issues
  • Repost or reshare content that may involve child exploitation

4. Safety Regulations & Legal Compliance

DilPie is fully committed to compliance with all applicable child safety laws in India and internationally:

POCSO Act, 2012 (India)

The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. DilPie is a mandatory reporter under POCSO β€” any CSAM or sexual abuse content involving a minor is immediately reported to the Special Juvenile Police Unit (SJPU) and local law enforcement.

IT Act, 2000 β€” Section 67B

Section 67B of the Information Technology Act prohibits publishing or transmitting material depicting children in a sexually explicit act. Violations are punishable with imprisonment up to 7 years and fine.

DPDP Act, 2023 (India)

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act requires parental consent before processing personal data of children under 18. DilPie does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verified parental consent.

NCMEC CyberTipline

All confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required under U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. Β§ 2258A), which DilPie follows as a global digital platform best practice.

National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal

All child sexual abuse reports are also filed at cybercrime.gov.in β€” India's official cyber crime reporting portal operated by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

5. How to Report Child Safety Concerns

You can report any child safety concern directly within the DilPie app or by contacting us below. All reports are treated with complete confidentiality and reviewed within 1 hour by our Trust & Safety team.

Add a brief description of what you observed. Include the username, content link, or any relevant details. Your identity remains anonymous to the reported user.

DilPie Reviews & Acts

Our Trust & Safety team reviews within 1 hour. If confirmed, the content is removed, the account is permanently banned, and the case is reported to relevant authorities.
