Any violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination, removal of all content, blocking of the IP address, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement authorities including the CBI Cyber Crime Unit, NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children), and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
DilPie's AutoGuard AI system monitors the platform 24/7 for child safety violations and escalates all flagged content for human review within 1 hour.
The following are strictly banned and will result in immediate account removal and law enforcement reporting:

Sharing, describing, or creating content that sexualises children in any form, including fictional, animated, or AI-generated depictions.
Any content that facilitates, promotes, or glorifies the trafficking, exploitation, forced labour, or commercial sexual exploitation of children.
Posting a child's name, school, address, phone number, daily schedule, or any information that could be used to locate or target them.
Targeted bullying, threats, humiliation, or persistent harassment of users who are under 18 years of age.
Every DilPie user has a responsibility to help keep children safe. Here's what you should and should not do:
DilPie is fully committed to compliance with all applicable child safety laws in India and internationally:

Section 67B of the Information Technology Act prohibits publishing or transmitting material depicting children in a sexually explicit act. Violations are punishable with imprisonment up to 7 years and fine.

All confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required under U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. Β§ 2258A), which DilPie follows as a global digital platform best practice.
