Welcome to DilPie! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DilPie mobile application and website (collectively, "Services") operated by DilPie ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DilPie, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use DilPie.
• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• You must reside in a region where the Services are available.
• You must not have been previously banned from DilPie.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account without permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

DilPie is designed for:

• Connecting with other users through posts, stories, messages, and communities
• Celebrating local heroes and community activities
• Participating in cricket discussions and cricket-related features
• Expressing yourself through Soul Cards and creative content
• Earning karma points through positive community engagement

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or violates anyone's rights
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content without consent
• Upload viruses, malware, or any disruptive code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to DilPie's systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from DilPie without permission
• Use DilPie for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Post content involving minors in any sexual, violent, or inappropriate manner
• Incite violence, terrorism, or illegal activity

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on DilPie. By posting, you grant DilPie a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. DilPie reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

The DilPie name, logo, and all content created by DilPie (including the app design, features, and software) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute DilPie's intellectual property without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time through Settings or via our Account Deletion page.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

DilPie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DilPie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful content posted by users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
